Tree House Hospitality Group:
Menu Design

Brand/Identity Design

Tree House Hospitality Group is a North Jersey–based restaurant group with two established concepts and a third in development. I worked across all three brands, redesigning existing menus and designing a new one from scratch to support the group’s continued growth while maintaining each restaurant’s unique identity.

The Background

For this existing waterfront restaurant, the goal was to update the menu to better reflect its coastal setting without losing the brand identity guests already recognized. I kept the original color scheme and branding elements intact while introducing subtle coastal influences to create a refreshed, approachable look.

Proving Ground: Before and After

For this Irish pub, the challenge was designing a menu that remained true to its traditional pub atmosphere while improving visibility in a low-light environment. I introduced a brighter, more legible layout while keeping the familiar Irish pub look and feel intact.

Killarneys Publick House: Before and After

Designed from the ground up, this menu was created for a new street food restaurant with no existing visual identity. The concept draws inspiration from passports and travel, emphasizing cultural variety and global flavors. I developed a rustic, street-inspired look and built the menu across multiple formats to ensure consistency and adaptability.
